Fund I
Separately managed account for a family partnership. This is an operational fund involved in land ownership, timber management, cattle ranching and crop sharing flex leases. The fund seeks to maximize both current income as well as long term capital appreciation. Since inception in 1998 the fun has achieved total returns in the low-teens.

Fund II
Owns 850 acres in Southwest Wisconsin. The property is leased out to a local farmer who raises corn and soybeans and employees a rotational grazing system to maximize the value of the pasture for his cow-calf operation. This fund has a gross yield of over 5% and seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Fund III
Currently a 534 acre corn and soybean farm which was purchased from a distressed sale situation. Given the prime location, the property is being positioned for future residential and commercial development. The land plan envisions a multi use facility with single-family homes, age targeted villas, townhomes and multi family dwellings. The plan also provides space for a commercial component with retail shops, grocery and convenience stores and restaurants.
